We Have Finally Done It!! Read More To Find Out What

Happy Monday, All! this weekend has been fantastic! Having my nephews and nieces help out and get paid the appropriate amount is always meaningful for them and furthers the business. My nephew is like me... He is a tremendous worker and works hard when he is on the clock. Some fantastic news is we have picked our first bundle of mushrooms!

With everything we have done for the past four months of work and an extended but packed full process. We finally come to picking our many variations of mushrooms. The first mushroom we picked was two and a half pounds of Italian oyster. It is a gorgeous mushroom that tastes amazing and is used in many culinary dishes like many kinds of pasta.


I am waiting to take my mushrooms to chefs or start promoting my mushrooms till I have at least five other variations of mushrooms. I will have all the variations I need this Thursday or Friday to go to chefs and independent restaurants. I am so excited to get going and show all the chefs the work I have put in to provide them with these beautiful and delicious mushrooms.
